Instil came to us as an emerging company focused on its growth and wanted an office to reflect the company, its employees and their innovative approach to working. When picking the premises, they knew this space needed to accommodate their project growth and expansion which meant spacial planning was a key part of our interior design package. As a highly collaborative company we had to ensure as well as day to day desking there were a number of different environments to work and meet in. Our unique joinery solutions provided structure to the open floor by designating the different areas that could be adjusted and changed to meet any of their current or future requirements. As a forward-thinking company, we wanted to ensure our design reflected this through a minimal and monochromatic palette and inject warmth through the use of natural timber elements.
Instil
Bespoke software solutions and the delivery of training to international developers.
To help achieve their vision, we wanted to create an aesthetic that was timeless and neutral; something that wouldn’t’t restrict the brand as it grew and developed. Blending Japanese geometry and Scandinavian simplicity, we created a refined industrial work environment which promoted staff wellbeing while maintaining a high level of sophistication and professionalism.
